Great ideas begin with a creative spark!
The BBC Production Trainee Scheme aims to attract exceptional individuals with creative ideas and a keen interest in working in production.
With 18 months of face-to-face training, online learning and placements on real programmes and projects in TV, radio and new media, it offers a career path for creative people. You’ll be mentored by a BBC senior manager along the way. By the end of it, you’ll be able to tell a good story and have the skills you need to turn ideas into reality.
We’re looking for the ‘brightest and the best’ – people who will inspire great ideas and become the star content makers and commissioners of the future. So you’ll need to impress from the beginning.
